step stool – Robert Waldridge –
The stool was not properly made because no screw hole was drilled on one end. When I put the screw in, the side wall cracked. I put this review out previously, then was contacted by the manufacturer and asked to remove it and they would send me new parts to fix the problem. I did remove the comments, but never received the replacement parts. I can still use the stool, but it is not top notch.
